With 15+ years of experience across residential design, construction, and subdivision development, Brint brings a rare full-cycle understanding of how homes are conceived, permitted, built, and delivered.
His background includes:

Land acquisition and subdivision development
Budgeting, cost control, and construction scheduling
Permitting, zoning, and municipal coordination
Brint is known for his hands-on leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to building homes that make sense — structurally, financially, and practically. He remains directly involved throughout the construction process to ensure quality standards and clear communication are maintained at every stage.
Enrique Fernandez
Superintendent - Field Leadership & Quality Control
Enrique Fernandez is Paretto Homes’ Superintendent and a key project leader. With over five and a half years at Paretto, he rose from framer to lead framer, foreman, project specialist, and now Superintendent through hard work, discipline, and talent. At just 17 years old, Enrique interviewed with Paretto Homes on the verge of turning 18. Today, at 23, he has grown into a highly capable professional trusted by homeowners and subcontractors alike.
As Superintendent, Enrique oversees:
Jobsite coordination and subcontractor oversight
Construction scheduling and workflow execution
Quality control and field inspections
Warranty service and customer support
Day-to-day problem solving
He is also being trained in project planning, budgeting, financial management, and bill processing, expanding his leadership role as Paretto Homes continues to grow.
